Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

We would love to make your shopping experience as easy, hassle free and joyful as possible. Additionally, we are strict about our return/exchange/refund policy due to the nature of the products and to avoid abuse of items purchased while serving all our customers equally. Ensuring delivering the best service & products quality possible.

We have a strict no refund policy, to avoid abuse of items purchased and sustain nature by any waste produced by unused/returned items. However do not hesitate to contact us for any issues encountered in your orders.

We sincerely do ask you to visit our sizing guide page and read the description of the products you intend to purchase.

We have a 1-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, un-ironed/steamed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3 Steps only to start the exchange/return simple process:

Step 1: Send us an email including clear pictures of the items packed as delivered to you, to @weartheclouds.com
Step 2: A standard exchange/return fee will be applicable AED30 only, 3 to 5 working days. Priority Exchange/Return fee will be applicable AED45 only, 1 to 2 working days. Whichever option you choose, a payment link will be sent to your email to initiate the pick up of the items.
Step 3: If items are accepted to be returned/exchanged we will deliver the items requested as an exchange or you will receive a store credit note to be used within 12 months  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
